The 90% cotton, 10% lycra fabric is very stretchy. Use the fit and size suggestions below:

For a snug fit, choose your normal size.
For a loose fit, size up.
For use during pregnancy, we suggest choosing one size size up from your pre-pregnancy size. How much you size up depends on your personal pregnancy experience.

I got this after I had my son and can't beleive how useful it has been. I wear it under my tops that are still a little too short or as a tube top under some of my lowcut shirts. Its been so practicle I can't imagine how much more use I'll get out of it once I'm pregnant again.
