At which point we will contact you with an estimated ship date. With some specialty items quantities may be limited. CancellationsIf you wish to cancel a recent order please contact us at once via phone between the hours of Monday-Saturday 10-6 CST. If your order has not been processed we will gladly cancel your order. If the order has already been processed even if it is the same day you will be responsible for the item(s) ordered. Please note that refunds on already processed and PayPal payments will not include the fees associated with these payment methods. These are typically between 4 and 5% of your total. Order Guarantees and ReturnsCustomer Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping cost. Exceptions to the return policy are bedding, custom orders (including drop ship items) or bath and body products. Items must be unused and in original packaging with the original invoice included. Simply call 210-545-4872 Monday-Saturday 10-6 CST or email us at returns@edensbaby.com for an authorization number. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. You will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is due to damage, error or defect. Gift items may be returned for store credit.
We recommend all returned items be insured and shipped using a traceable tracking method. We will not accept any COD packages. We assume no responsibility for returned items until we have received them in our store. Please allow 3-4 weeks for refund to appear on your credit card statement. Some items will require a 15-25% restocking fee. |
